Insurge Pictures, also referred to as Paramount Insurge, is Paramount Pictures's specialty-label. ==Beginnings== In March 2010, it was announced Paramount Pictures would launch a new division titled ''Insurge Pictures'' and would produce micro-budget films based on Paramount's success with micro-budget “Paranormal Activity". The first film produced by Paramount Insurge was ''Never Say Never'', the documentary film featuring Justin Bieber.
